Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Cancellation:
You can cancel your membership and/or subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel before it renews for any subsequent billing period (monthly or yearly) in order to avoid being charged for the next billing period fee. Any cancellation will then become effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy:
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-BILLING PERIOD. In such circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle. We only consider providing refunds in case the service fails to work for you because of problems on our end. To request for a refund you must send email to management@showtimeproagency.com with your customer ID and reason for refund.

Termination of the Agreement:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate this or any part of our services, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our services at any time without prior notice or liability. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Tennessee. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this Site shall lie only in the District courts of Nashville TN, Davidson County and you further agree to and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
